Last Wednesday I watched the production Vertical Road from Akram Khan Company in the Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam.
This modern production is really intense, full of energy and really moving. It combines Sufi inspired dance with Western modern dance.
The costumes and special effects with light, plastic and dust made the production even more inspiring and fascinating.
